I take you into consideration in order to create the best workout routine based on your current fitness level, goals, schedule, and workout preferences/availability in order to get you to where you want to be.
Note: Your workout routine will span for only two weeks, unless you’re paying the extra $10/week, which can last as long as you need.

Not every week is the same, so in addition to tailoring a workout routine to you, your plan will also be updated every week for as long as you need in order to pin-point the best approach for your training and get you started on the right foot.

How To Start
To get started, you will need to fill out my client questionnaire (click the get started button).
This form will provide me with basic information I need in order to determine how your program will be tailored to you and if you’re eligible for my service (e.g, I can only train the average healthy person).
Please allow up to a week for your form to be evaluated, you will be notified via e-mail if you’re eligible for a program.
Note: After getting approved, your payment can be made using a variety of payment methods which include: Zelle, Venmo, Cash app, or PayPal. You will receive an e-mail with more details as to how you will make your payment.
