Reaching your fitness goals can sometimes feel overwhelming and difficult to get through on your own. Trust me, I’ve been there, which is why I offer a 12 week/8 week personalized training program which includes key training principles, supplement recommendations, tips on nutrition, one-to-one personal training, and weekly check-ins for the duration of the program so that you can learn to structure your training properly and efficiently without the stress of figuring it out on your own.
My ultimate goal is to help you get started with your journey, and develop healthy habits that will not only assure you will achieve your desired fitness goal, but also a healthier future.
On average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behavior becomes a habit — 66 days to be exact¹, hence why I have a program that spans for two months and and one that spans for three months.
I’m not going to be giving you boring, hour long workouts or making you follow a restrictive diet; I believe that you can be healthy and reach your desired goals by (1) enjoying your training and (2) enjoying the food you eat without feeling guilty or overwhelmed.
The purpose of your program is not solely based on seeing results, it will also be designed to be sustainable to you so that you will continue to follow it even after the program is over. I want to have helped you develop healthy habits and become more knowledgeable in the gym and with nutrition in order to best set you up for achieving whatever fitness goal you may have farther down the road.

Personalized Workout Routine
I take you into consideration in order to create the best workout routine based on your current fitness level, goals, schedule, and workout preferences/availability in order to get you to where you want to be.
Notice: Due to the current situations in regards to COVID-19, Personal training will be done virtually until further notice. Sorry for the inconvenience!
In addition to having a workout plan personalized for you, I will also provide one-to-one personal training to take your training more in depth by narrowing in on where exactly you are right now through active engagement and observation with you.
Note: Personal training sessions are limited to two sessions every other week from your initial start; if more than one session is requested during the week, it will be treated as an independent one-to-one session charged separately.
I will help guide you to making the best and smartest choices you can regarding your diet in order to utilize it for your goals. No strict diet plan, just simple and easy-to-follow tips and recommendations. I want to ensure you’re not only eating well and properly fueling your body, but also enjoying the food, and even making smarter grocery choices to save some money!
I will be actively checking in on you every week in order to keep you accountable to your training and motivate you, as well as answer questions or concerns you might have during your plan. In addition, you will also be added to a group chat along with my other clients pursuing their goals, you know, for extra motivation!
With your 8/12-week personalized program, I will create a training program that best fits you and your goals; I will be working along side you to assist you throughout this period through weekly check-ins, nutritional guidance, and one-on-one training. You will also be added to a community group chat with me and my other clients pursuing their own goals for some extra motivation! The only difference between the programs is the amount of time is spans out for.

For those that have some experience at the gym and with nutrition, but want to follow a solid program that can leave them with the right routine and knowledge to assure they’re confident to continue on their own.
Note: Any desired changes to your program during your training may take up to 3 business days before changes are made.
How To Start
To get started, you will need to fill out my client questionnaire (click the get started button).
This form will provide me with basic information I need in order to determine how your program will be tailored to you and if you’re eligible for my service (e.g., I can only train the average healthy person).
Please allow up to a week for your form to be evaluated, you will be notified via e-mail if you’re eligible for a program.
Note: After getting approved, your payment can be made using a variety of payment methods which include: Zelle, Venmo, Cash app, or PayPal. You will receive an e-mail with more details as to how you will make your payment.
