I will help guide you to making the best and smartest choices you can regarding your diet in order to utilize it for your goals. No strict diet plan, just simple and easy-to-follow tips and recommendations. I want to ensure you’re not only eating well and properly fueling your body, but also enjoying the food, and even making smarter grocery choices to save some money!

I will work alongside you for as long as you need to keep you in track of your diet making sure you’re eating right! I will teach you how you can develop a healthy relationship with food without needing to go on different fad diets and developing negative side effects to your lifestyle and health.

How to start
To get started, you will need to fill out my client questionnaire (click the get started button).
This form will provide me with basic information I need in order to determine how your program will be tailored to you and if you’re eligible for my service (e.g, I can only train the average healthy person).
Please allow up to a week for your form to be evaluated, you will be notified via e-mail if you’re eligible for a plan.
Note: After getting approved, your payment can be made using a variety of payment methods which include: Zelle, Venmo, Cash app, or PayPal. You will receive an e-mail with more details as to how you will make your payment.
