Its important to know how to properly execute each exercise in your routine, and its even more important to assure that you’re developing the right habits in your training, or else you’ll be more at risk of serious injuries and start to become consistently bad at training through improper habits. With my Personal Training service, I emphasize the best course of action you can take with your current workout routine as well as proper execution of exercises and strategies in order to help you develop the right training habits to reach your fitness goals the right way.
$30 + $10/hr
My personal training sessions take your training more in depth by narrowing in on where exactly you are right now through active engagement and observation with you. I will work alongside you to determine the best course of action to reach your goals and assure you’re doing it right.
Note: It is a $30 down-payment (1-hour), and $10 every extra hour.
What kind of person would consider this plan?
For those who already have their own routine and/or a good broad understanding with training and nutrition, and simply want to determine the best course of action they can take to effectively go through their sessions.
For those who need help in properly executing each exercises and might need some guidance throughout their sessions.
How To Start
To get started, you will need to fill out my client questionnaire (click the get started button).
This form will provide me with basic information I need in order to determine how your program will be tailored to you and if you’re eligible for my service (e.g, I can only train the average healthy person).
Please allow up to a week for your form to be evaluated, you will be notified via e-mail if you’re eligible for personal training.
