My name is Samuel,
I am a hybrid personal trainer with a mission to transform people’s lives through fitness, nutrition, and health literacy.
After becoming a part of the athletic team of my high school’s JROTC program in 2017, I discovered a passion for fitness. I found myself constantly trying to find new ways to improve myself physically, always trying to be the best athlete I could be. Through this, I grew fond of the anatomy of the body and how it works, the strategy behind structuring working routines, the importance of proper nutrition, and so much more. I started diving deeper into why certain exercises were better or safer than others. How the muscles of the body grew over time through progressive overload. The effects of proper nutrition.
As I researched, I began implementing what I was learning to myself. In doing so, I led myself into achieving my fitness milestone at the time and soon realized that I wanted this to become something bigger. I began by reaching for the low-hanging fruit and helping those close to me. I guided my friends and family through their fitness journey and shared my knowledge along the way.
This led me to create this website and begin educating others who were ill-informed by posting informational blogs about fitness & nutrition, but I soon began utilizing it to run my own fitness business.
Diving deeper into the science behind exercising and nutrition, I found there is a lot of misinformation that many people tend to fall for. And if there ever was a scientifically-backed answer, it would be too complex to digest for the average person. I want to change that. Health literacy is a key piece of knowledge I believe everyone should have, so it is also my goal to spread as much information about how to live a healthy life in a way that anyone could understand.
Fitness is not just about looking good for the beach, it’s a lifestyle. It changes your mood, hardens your mindset in life, teaches you to persevere against hardships, makes you confident, it motivates you to push yourself past comfort, and so much more. And the best thing about it is that you define your own fitness journey; whether you’re a bodybuilder, powerlifter, a dancer, or just a casual gym goer, there’s a place for you in it.
I am working towards expanding my business and services to serve as many people as I can no matter what level. From helping an average Joe shed some fat, to training athletes to become better at their sport, or even actors to fit their role. I believe that if you’re provided with the right guidance, you can achieve any fitness goal, and with my best efforts, I hope to do just that.
Stay Tough. 💪🏼

My Transformation

The obstacle isn’t doing the work, it’s getting started and continuing to trust the system no matter how much you might doubt it.
Samuel Navarro
Something that many people know me by at school is for my transformation, as seen above. I was able to finally feel confident in my own body, something that I’ve struggled with most of my life.
I was a chubby kid in my childhood, never really being conscious of what I was eating, and exercising was way beyond me. I also experienced some mild bullying during my early teen years, the reason I say mild was because it wasn’t something that negatively affected me mentally. If anything it was one of the factors that pushed me to change.
What really motivated me to change my lifestyle was my growing desire to feel confident about myself, I grew tired of my constant insecurity. I’m still on my journey because there is always room for improvement, but one thing is for certain, I successfully managed to feel confident about myself through my ambition, hard work, patience, consistency, and much more. Of course, I didn’t magically gain these traits, I learned them overtime through trial and error.
Now, as I was able to achieve this one milestone of mine, I want help others take a step closer to their goals as I continue my own journey. The obstacle isn’t doing the work, it’s getting started and continuing to trust the system no matter how much you might doubt it.
Feel free to ask me any questions as I will be more than happy to answer them. Thank you for taking a look into my journey!
